The Role: Documentation Coordinator
The Entry-Level Documentation Coordinator will support the documentation needs by assisting in the creation, organization, and management of various documents. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to develop their skills in document management and compliance. The Documentation Coordinator will work under the guidance of more experienced team members and gain valuable experience in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Assistance:
- Assist in the creation, formatting, and updating of company documents, such as procedures, reports, and manuals.
- Support the documentation review process by organizing and tracking document revisions.
Document Organization:
- Help maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving documents.
- Ensure that documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Collaboration:
- Support various departments by gathering information and assisting with document preparation.
- Coordinate with team members to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to documents.
Training and Development:
- Learn and follow document management procedures and tools.
- Participate in training sessions to build skills in document management and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate’s degree or relevant coursework in Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Management, Engineering Science or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- No prior experience required, but any relevant internships or administrative experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of document management and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.
